Privacy
This is a draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and it is not the final policy. It is published so the structure is in place, and it will be replaced before the app ships.
What this covers
This site, trackohoh.com. The Track Oh Oh iPhone app has its own handling of data, which will be described here once the app is released.
What the website collects
The site runs no analytics and no advertising, and sets no cookies of its own. When analytics is added it will be Google Analytics 4, it will run behind a consent banner, and this page will list every cookie it sets, what each one is for and how long it lasts.
Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
What the contact form collects
The support form takes a name, an email address and a message, and stores them in this site so we can read and reply to them. Nothing is passed to a third party and nothing is used for marketing. Ask and we will delete yours.
What the app collects
The app signs in with Spotify to read your account, search for tracks and create the finished playlist. To be completed with the full list before release.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete the personal data held about you. To be completed once the jurisdictions are confirmed.
Contact
Use the support form. It reaches a person, not a queue.
